Our excellent speech therapists at Ascend Home Care help prevent, assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders of patients. This is to help them speak, think, and safely eat and drink, which are essential in their daily lives. We determine areas for improvement and work with each patient to develop an appropriate plan of care. We also teach them strategies to enhance communication. As our therapy continues, we systemically review and modify goals according to the patient’s progress.
